Snowflake Challenge Day 11

In your own space, ask for recs. Something as simple as "I like XYZ (where XYZ is a kink, a pairing, a trope, etc) - please rec me some."

1. Transformers fic with, um... science kink? I don't even know how well I can describe exactly what it is I'm looking for. Fics I've read that do fit the bill: femme4jack's In the Arms of Surya, saesama's Group Projects, tainry's Wisdom in Love (which I can't find a link for), an old kink meme fill I vaguely remember reading about Skyfire getting off listening to Starscream talk about math. If anyone can point me in the direction of other fics in the same vein, anything about science themed robot sex, I will love them forever. I'd also be interested in recs for fic - preferably one-shots - involving unusual, creative non-sticky porn, NOT involving spark sex.

2. I know it's a long shot, but J-Decker fic, preferably porny. I already know about the kink meme, so if anyone knows of any good fic that isn't on the kink meme, that would be amazing.

This is one of my faves, albeit locked to mecha_erotica members: Down for Maintenance. I adore it if just for this exchange:
"I added you to my first-tier permissions a long time ago."
"Heh! You're such a romantic."

I also really like Signal, which is Shockwave/Soundwave tactile/sound and also Shockwave is somewhat asexual. I really, really like the dynamics to it.

Whup I happen to have a link to Wisdom in Love! How convenient. :D

Good luck on the J-decker fic, let me know if you find any. XD

♥ Thank you so much! I agree, Signal was really lovely. And yeah, I'll be keeping an eye out for J-Decker fic. If I find any, I'll probably be squeeing about it on twitter or my journal.

Thank you for the Maintenance rec. That has got to be the most scienced-up reading of a sex scene I ever laid eyes on, and therefore it was completely awesome. All sex between Transformers should be quirky and weird and fun like that. And the 'derivative program'; I practically snorted milk out of my nose. Wheeljack, you just know how to speak all gushy and romantic, don't you?

Not sure if this is quite what you're looking for, but one that immediately comes to mind is Procedural Documentation (Scrapper and Hook)

Oh! Also this one maybe kinda? Junkyard Wars (Constructicons, Ratchet, and Perceptor.)

Thank you! ♥ ♥ Both of those were awesome!

You happened to have put a very bright ending on a very long day for me. Thank you!

Have you read Saesama's other stories? So much wonderful science there.

Ummm... I should be able to think of several right off the top of my head, because this is a favorite "kink" of mine as well, but my brain is not working right. I've enjoyed a lot of the sciency details in Borath's fiction. A strong mechpreg warning goes with many of them... I just like the science she uses to describe that process, especially in "Only a Prime". There is nothing human about it, which makes me happy.

In general, I find a lot of Antepathy's stories (which I'm months and months behind on) to have marvelous science details. Spelunking came to mind immediately because it taught me the word piezoelectric (Drift/Crystal Entity w/ tentacles)

I'm not sure if either of those fit. I'll keep on thinking :D

Thank you! I actually haven't read Saesama's other stories, and I don't think I've read anything by Borath. I'll have to go check them out.

J-Decker fics in total numbers are still rare. The fandom is growing but most people only 'follow' or create pictures. You have to write some fics on your own likely, at least at first, if you want some. Still, good luck to you.

Yeah, I kind of figured that would be the case. Thanks, though.

I think though there's one J-Decker fic that could interest you, if you don't already know it. http://birdiebot.livejournal.com/9340.html
